About the Hillside Curtain design...
When the Hillside Theater at Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin estate burned in 1952, the main stage curtain created in 1932 was lost. The new curtain, designed by Wright to replace the original, was made in 1956 by the Taliesin Fellowship and is an abstract image of the Taliesin Landsape.
