This beautiful sculpture was originally designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1923 to be located at the Community of Nakoma Country Club in Madison, Wisconsin. The Nakoma sculpture is a curvilinear design, symbolic of the earth and Mother Nature as well as domestic virtue. Her back is a continuous circle, with a round head and she holds a round bowl. Nakoma also carries a papoose and has a child at her side. She stands 24" high and weighs 70 pounds. Cream Color. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, it should not be exposed to extremes in temperature.
